Job summary

WEKA seeks a senior creative leader to own its visual identity, design language, and brand system across surfaces. You will concept, direct, and produce brand films, campaigns, and launch assets while building the creative production engine.

You will lead an in-house team and partner with agencies, deploy AI-enabled workflows, and translate strategy into high-craft creative that accelerates WEKA's growth in enterprise AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in brand, design, or creative leadership in technology.
• 5+ years leading in-house creative teams.
• Portfolio showing range in identity systems, video, and digital.
• Demonstrated experience building creative operations and production pipelines at scale.
• Hands-on fluency in AI-assisted design, video, and production tooling.
• Experience in enterprise tech, infrastructure, or technical categories.
• Motion design and video production depth.
• Strong judgment regarding creative quality and delivery speed.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of WEKA's visual identity, design language, and brand system across surfaces.
• Concept, direct, and personally produce brand films, campaign creative, and launch assets.
• Build and run the creative production engine including intake, prioritization, and review workflows.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled production workflows for design, video, and content adaptation.
• Lead, coach, and develop an in-house creative team and direct agency partners.
• Enable the whole company to create via brand-locked templates and self-serve tooling.
• Measure creative throughput and cycle time to continuously improve the system.
• Partner with marketing leadership to translate strategy into high-craft creative.
