EDGE is seeking a highly skilled Reporting and Consolidation Manager to oversee the Group’s financial consolidation and reporting across multiple subsidiaries. You will ensure IFRS-compliant reporting, intercompany eliminations, and timely delivery of consolidated statements.

Seeking a senior professional with 10+ years in financial reporting and consolidation, ideally in manufacturing or large multinational contexts, with ACCA/CPA/CMA certification.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation in a global organization.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial organization, preferably within a large multinational or complex group structure.
• Exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), treasury, and financial reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead teams and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Oversee end-to-end consolidation of financial statements across entities within the Group, including preparation, review, and analysis of consolidated statements per IFRS.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data from multiple entities, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translations.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and implement necessary adjustments to the consolidation process.
• Collaborate with entity finance teams to gather data and ensure consistency and timely reporting; provide guidance on consolidation processes.
• Support due diligence and integration activities for acquisitions into the consolidated structure.
• Coordinate month-/quarter-end closings; prepare annual financial statements and coordinate year-end audits.
• Prepare and present financial reports to executives and respond to auditors and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline and automate reporting and consolidation processes.
