Responsibilities

We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional to oversee group financial consolidation, strengthen reporting accuracy, and support the delivery of reliable consolidated financial statements. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements for multiple entities within the group.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and adjustments to ensure accurate group reporting.
• Review subsidiary financial submissions and ensure consistency with group accounting policies.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation and reporting processes.
• Analyze consolidated financial results, investigate variances, and provide meaningful financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal reporting requirements.
• Support group audits by preparing consolidation schedules, supporting documents, and audit explanations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline consolidation workflows and improve reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams, subsidiary accountants, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with technical accounting assessments and the implementation of updated reporting standards when required.
