EDGE, a UAE-based advanced technology group, seeks a highly experienced Reporting and Consolidation Manager to oversee the Group's financial consolidation and reporting across subsidiaries. You will ensure IFRS-compliant, timely and accurate consolidated statements and support audits and due diligence for acquisitions.

You will lead intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and process improvements, partnering with finance teams and IT to optimize consolidation software and tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting/finance or related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in financial reporting and consolidation within a global organization.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end consolidation of financial statements across entities per IFRS.
• Ensure accuracy of intercompany eliminations and currency translations.
• Coordinate month/quarter/year-end closings and audit processes.
• Collaborate with finance teams and IT to improve reporting and consolidation processes.
