EDGE Group based in Abu Dhabi seeks a highly skilled Reporting and Consolidation Manager to oversee the Group's financial consolidation and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and IFRS compliance across subsidiaries and clusters.

The role involves coordinating month-end and quarter-end closes, supporting acquisitions, and leading annual financial statements and audits while driving process improvements with IT and finance teams.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of proven experience in financial reporting and consolidation, intercompany accounting, or related roles in a global organization.
ACCA/CPA/CA/CMA preferred.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial organizations or large multinational/group structures is a plus.

Mansioni

Oversee end-to-end consolidation of financial statements across the Group, ensuring IFRS compliance.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data from multiple entities, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translations.
Monitor accounting standard changes and implement necessary consolidation adjustments.
Coordinate with finance teams to gather data and provide training on consolidation processes.
Support due diligence and integration activities for acquisitions.
Lead month-end/quarter-end closes and annual financial statements; coordinate year-end audits.
Prepare and present financial reports to executives and external auditors.
Identify and implement improvements to streamline reporting and consolidation processes with IT/finance.
