Job summary

athGADLANG in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced Group Reporting & Consolidation Manager for a 6-month renewable contract. You will lead group-wide financial reporting and consolidation across entities, ensuring IFRS compliance and timely statutory reporting.

This role requires a Chartered Accountant and 8+ years in financial reporting, with Big 4 and ERP experience preferred. Key duties include managing audits, budgeting support, cash flow monitoring, and governance improvements.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent.
• 8+ years in financial reporting, consolidation, audit and finance.
• Strong IFRS knowledge, multi-entity consolidations and financial analysis.
• Experience in large groups, real estate, infra, asset management or multinationals preferred.
• Big 4 experience advantageous.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide financial reporting and consolidation across multiple entities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Manage external audits and statutory reporting requirements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Review VAT and Corporate Tax compliance matters
• Drive internal controls, governance, and financial process improvements
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
• 8+ years of experience in Financial Reporting, Consolidation, Audit, and Finance
• Strong expertise in IFRS, multi-entity consolidations, and financial analysis
