Job summary

Seven House Family is seeking a strategic Group Chief Financial Officer to steer financial strategy, governance, and performance across a multi-entity group. You will lead planning, reporting, risk management and capital structuring while guiding executive decisions.

You will drive mergers & acquisitions evaluation, investor relations, and digital finance initiatives, mentoring global finance teams and partnering with operations and sales to optimize profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent is required for the role.
• MBA with a Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 20+ years of progressive financial experience with 10–15 years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record in financial management strategy and analysis.
• Deep knowledge of financial regulations, risk management and accounting principles.
• Strong leadership and ability to lead large finance teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP/finance software such as Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle or QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the group financial strategy across multiple entities.
• Provide financial guidance to CEO and board for strategic decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for all subsidiaries.
• Oversee group-wide financial reporting and compliance with IFRS/local standards.
• Drive cash flow optimization and working capital improvements.
• Ensure governance, internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Lead due diligence for M&A opportunities and partnerships.
• Collaborate with operations and other departments on pricing and capex.
