Job summary
GTN is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale technology and brokerage infrastructure programs across its trading and fintech platform in Dubai. You will own delivery across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, finance, and external vendors, with global fintech experience and fast-paced culture.
The role emphasizes governance, end-to-end program delivery, and strong stakeholder management in a regulated, multi-market environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology or financial services.
- 5+ years leading large, multi-workstream programs in fintech or brokerage.
- Hands-on exposure to brokerage or trading platforms.
- Advanced stakeholder management with global relationships.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving.
- Excellent communication across global stakeholders.
- Proven budget and resource management in agile environments.
- Experience tracking programs end-to-end in Confluence and Jira.
Responsibilities
- Lead large global programs from initiation to delivery across roadmaps.
- Establish governance, milestones, priorities and success criteria.
- Be the single point of accountability for progress, risks and delivery.
- Run steering committees, program reviews, and change control.
- Drive go-to-market readiness and cross-functional coordination.
