You will collaborate with Product, QA, Cloud, Security, Data, Compliance, Sales, Payments, Risk, Finance, and Support to drive fast, secure trading solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tech Leads and engineering teams, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and technical direction.
• Partner with Product, QA, Cloud, Security, Data, Compliance, Sales, Payments, Risk, Finance, and Support teams.
• Improve delivery predictability, team performance, and engineering execution.
• Support hiring, technical interviews, and team expansion.
• Own the architecture, development quality, and delivery execution of internal core systems.
• Guide technical decisions with Tech Leads and engineering teams.
• Drive strong engineering practices, including documentation, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and release readiness.
• Promote practical use of AI tools to improve delivery speed, code quality, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.
