Job summary

NicheHR Global is helping a major FMCG group in Dubai recruit a Tower Lead – Finance to own end-to-end operations for R2R, P2P or O2C. You will drive accuracy, timeliness, controls and continuous improvement while coordinating with stakeholders.

The candidate should be a CA / inter-CA / MBA Finance / M.Com with 5–8 years' experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and capability to manage KPIs, SLAs and audits. Location is Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance processes end-to-end (R2R, P2P, or O2C) in a large org.
• CA / inter-CA / MBA Finance / M.Com with 5–8 years in finance.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations for the assigned finance tower (R2R/P2P/O2C).
• Ensure accurate, timely processing and adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
• Drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop team, monitor workload and performance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support audits.
