Job summary

ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS invites a senior finance leader to oversee multi-country finance operations, reporting, governance, transformation, and shared services across the GCC and wider MENA region.

Relocation is considered for candidates with GCC experience in retail, consumer electronics, and related industries, with relocation benefits provided. The role demands 16+ years of leadership, FP&A, reporting, treasury, and governance expertise.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of relevant finance leadership experience
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and financial modelling
• Oversee group financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and accounting governance
• Manage finance operations delivered through an offshore Shared Service Center
• Drive finance transformation, process automation, digitisation, workflow improvements, system enhancements, and standardisation
• Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax, Zakat/local tax requirements, statutory regulations, and audit requirements
• Lead treasury, cash-flow forecasting, working capital, banking relationships, funding requirements, financial risk management, and internal controls
• Manage internal/external audits, tax advisors, auditors, banks, regulators, business heads, and senior leadership stakeholders
• Lead and develop multi-country finance teams and Shared Service Center teams
• Qualification: Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration preferred; SAP and finance

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modelling across multiple countries and units
• Oversee group financial reporting and closing processes
• Manage offshore Shared Service Center operations (AP, AR, payroll accounting, GL)
• Drive finance transformation, automation, and standardisation across markets
• Ensure VAT, tax compliance and audit readiness across markets
• Lead treasury activities including cash-flow forecasting and banking relationships
• Coordinate internal/external audits and liaise with auditors and regulators
• Build and lead multi-country finance teams for operational excellence
