Confidential Jobs seeks an experienced Global Finance Manager to oversee financial control across 25+ international markets, including MNO/MVNO businesses across multiple regions. Reporting to the Group CFO, this senior, hands-on role ensures strong governance, consistent policies, and robust controls.

The ideal candidate will own IFRS accounting policies, lead intercompany governance, and drive balance-sheet integrity while collaborating with external auditors and international finance teams.

Qualificações

• Experience leading international financial control in telecoms or similar complex groups.
• Senior, hands-on finance professional with governance focus and policy ownership.
• ACA/CA/CPA certified is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Own IFRS accounting policies including telecom-specific treatments.
• Lead intercompany accounting, cost allocations and transfer-pricing support.
• Ensure reconciliations before group consolidation and maintain compliance calendar.
• Oversee balance-sheet integrity reviews and challenge aged balances.
• Provide technical accounting leadership and liaise with external auditors.
• Develop delegation-of-authority and approval frameworks.
• Maintain group-wide financial controls and master data governance.
• Support business transformations, new products, migrations and MNO/MVNO arrangements.
• Collaborate with international finance teams and Group CFO to standardise standards.
