Job summary

PER is seeking a senior ICFR and Internal Controls leader to oversee the global ICFR programme, reviews and governance across multiple jurisdictions. The role involves direct engagement with senior finance leadership and external auditors, including travel to investee locations.

You will drive control monitoring, policy governance and a strong control environment, while coaching a high-performing team to deliver across a complex investment landscape.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification such as CIA or CISA or equivalent.
• Experience in ICFR, risk assurance, audit and financial governance.
• Big 4 background in Risk Assurance with post-qualification ICFR/SOX-style work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ICFR and internal controls; travel to investee locations to review and support ICFR programmes.
• Establish control monitoring and indicators across head office and in-scope entities; report risks and exceptions.
• Lead the financial governance framework including policies, procedures, delegation of authority, and governance reporting.
• Manage relationships with senior finance leadership, legal, tax, treasury, risk, internal audit and external auditors.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team with clear accountability for delivery.
