Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a senior FP&A leader to run the global planning, budgeting and forecasting for a multi-country MNO operation. You will deliver multi-currency consolidation, strategic financial analysis and performance packs for the Group CFO and executive team.

You will partner with Commercial, Marketing, Technology and Country CEOs to drive profitability, build robust models for new markets and products, and lead automation of FP&A reporting using ERP/EPM and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Significant FP&A leadership experience in a global telecom or related digital business.
• Proven ability to consolidate multi-country P&Ls and present CFO/Board level packs.
• Advanced financial modelling and experience with major planning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own global annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning.
• Consolidate country P&Ls into a Group view and challenge assumptions.
• Produce CFO/CEO/Board performance packs with variance analysis.
• Develop forecasts for revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, OPEX, CAPEX, cash flow.
• Analyse MVNO KPIs and telecom costs; support profitability improvements.
• Lead FP&A automation and implement ERP/EPM, Power BI tools.
• Build the global FP&A team and finance business partnering capability.
