Ultrafilter in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Representative, Export to manage export customers worldwide. You will enter orders on our ERP, respond to inquiries, and prepare export documentation.

The role requires clear communication in English and 2–5 years in export/CS, ideally B2B, with ERP/CRM and Excel experience. We offer tax-free AED 6,000–9,000 per month, plus a language allowance of AED 1,500–2,500 for French or German, visa, medical insurance, 30 days’ leave and an end-of-service

Qualifications

2 to 5 years in customer service, inside sales, order processing or export coordination (ideally B2B).
Experience with ERP/CRM systems and Excel.
Careful, structured and calm with customers.

Responsabilités

Look after export customers in Europe and worldwide.
Enter orders and quotation requests on ERP and send order confirmations.
Answer customer emails and calls: prices, availability, delivery dates, documents.
Keep customers informed about delivery dates and any delay.
Prepare export documents with logistics and forwarders.
Log complaints and returns and follow them up with Quality.
