Job summary

Ultrafilter in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Representative, Export to manage export customers worldwide. You will enter orders on our ERP, respond to inquiries, and prepare export documentation.

The role requires clear communication in English and 2–5 years in export/CS, ideally B2B, with ERP/CRM and Excel experience. We offer tax-free AED 6,000–9,000 per month, plus a language allowance of AED 1,500–2,500 for French or German, visa, medical insurance, 30 days’ leave and an end-of-service

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in customer service, inside sales, order processing or export coordination (ideally B2B).
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and Excel.
• Careful, structured and calm with customers.

Responsibilities

• Look after export customers in Europe and worldwide.
• Enter orders and quotation requests on ERP and send order confirmations.
• Answer customer emails and calls: prices, availability, delivery dates, documents.
• Keep customers informed about delivery dates and any delay.

Ultrafilter makes industrial, food-grade and sterile filters for customers in more than 50 countries. We are building our export order desk in Dubai and are hiring a Customer Service Representative, Export.

What you will do:

• Look after our export customers in Europe and worldwide (France, Belgium, Italy, Turkey, China, USA, India, Latin America and more)
• Enter orders and quotation requests on our ERP the same day and send order confirmations
• Answer customer emails and calls: prices, availability, delivery dates, documents
• Keep customers informed about delivery dates and any delay
• Prepare export documents with logistics and forwarders
• Log complaints and returns and follow them up with Quality

You bring:

• Fluent English, written and spoken
• 2 to 5 years in customer service, inside sales, order processing or export coordination, ideally B2B
• Experience with an ERP or CRM system and Excel
• Careful, structured and calm with customers

Ideal, not required (training provided):

• Export documents, Incoterms, customs and letters of credit: if you know them, perfect; if not, we train you
• French or German (paid extra as a language allowance)
• Technical products; Italian, Spanish, Turkish or Mandarin

We offer:

• AED 6,000 - 9,000 per month, tax-free, depending on experience
• Plus AED 1,500 - 2,500 language allowance for fluent French or German
• Employment visa, medical insurance, 30 days' annual leave, end-of-service gratuity, annual flight
• Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00, office in Business Bay
• Salary review after probation

The second interview includes a short order-entry and export-document exercise.
