LuNiche Parfums, a premium fragrance brand, seeks an experienced Export Manager based in Dubai to accelerate international sales growth and expand distribution.

Responsibilities include market expansion across ME, Europe, Asia; onboard and manage international distributors; drive sales targets; oversee export documentation, Incoterms, and regulatory compliance; collaborate on trade marketing; fluency in English required, Arabic or French advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or International Trade.
• Proven export sales track record in perfume or luxury goods.
• Fluent English; Arabic or French is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of export docs, Incoterms, and customs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute export growth plans across ME, Europe, Asia.
• Onboard and manage international distributors, retailers and department stores.
• Drive international sales targets and negotiate commercial terms.
• Collaborate with trade marketing for visibility and ROI.
• Coordinate logistics, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
