Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in executive-level recruiting, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience managing TA across multiple regions (Europe, MEA, APAC).
• Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top executive talent.
• Strong market mapping, headhunting and pipelining techniques.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and manage multiple stakeholders.
