Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Experience in multinational or healthcare environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE talent market and local practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and HR to understand hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across GIH, DIFC, and international markets.
• Source candidates via direct sourcing, job boards, social media, and networks.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Provide market insights and workforce planning input to hiring decisions.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future needs across locations.
• Maintain recruitment data and reporting aligned with privacy policies.
• Support employer branding and cross-country collaboration.
