Job summary

Fasset, building the ownership bank across the Gulf and beyond, seeks an events operations lead to keep a fast-moving growth team organized. You’ll own vendor selection, travel planning, payments, and the end‑to‑end delivery of seven Buildathon stops from September to December, with deadlines through December.

This is a hands-on, high‑trust role: run weekly cadences, maintain a central tracker, log decisions and owners, and escalate big spend or contracts for approval.

Qualifications

• Proven live events production experience across multiple countries.
• Strong calendar, travel and vendor management skills.
• Comfortable with high-trust, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Run the operating cadence with weekly reviews and monthly scorecards.
• Own Buildathon production end to end (7 stops Sept–Dec).
• Manage vendors and suppliers with contracts and payments.
• Maintain programme tracking with owners and dates.
• Keep hiring operations moving with candidate experience.
