Qualifications

• Senior or semi-senior experience in event strategy, planning, or a related marketing function.
• Comfortable owning high-investment decisions and being accountable for the outcome.
• Able and willing to travel frequently and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and select events to participate in and define level of involvement.
• Build the business case for each event with audience, reach, and opportunity.
• Own end-to-end execution after an event is approved — no hand-offs.
• Keep event strategy aligned with broader marketing objectives.
• Build and lead an events team as scope grows.
