Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in knowledge management, research, or business development, ideally within Government/Public Institutions.
• Strong interest in ENR sector topics and Middle East industry dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in formal and informal settings.
• English fluency; Arabic is a plus but not required.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top institution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement top-tier knowledge management strategies.
• Facilitate cross-practice collaboration and global information flow.
• Synthesize and codify intellectual capital linking people with insights.
• Oversee knowledge base management for usability and accuracy.
• Identify content gaps and emerging ENR topics.
• Support business development by identifying experts and credentials.
• Help with client relationship building by sharing knowledge and joining pipeline calls.
• Report to the EIMEA Head of Knowledge Management in London; work with teams in London, Munich, and Warsaw.
