Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics; Master’s preferred.
• Proven experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Commercial roles within Energy, Oil & Gas, EPC, or Project Logistics.
• Strong understanding of Oil & Gas value chain and major project cycles.
• Ability to lead complex global bids and manage senior-level client engagements.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with ability to build business plans and assess markets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools; strong commitment to Compliance and HSE standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global organizations.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities across all segments of the Oil & Gas value chain and develop them into firm project awards.
• Lead global tenders and bids for major potential customers and secure approvals from stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and develop account plans.
• Analyze market potential and competitive dynamics to prioritize opportunities and drive GP growth.
• Coordinate with Project Logistics Teams, Tender Management, and leadership to provide updates to senior leadership.
