Job summary

Wood Mackenzie in Dubai seeks a Senior Principal Consultant to lead the EMEA SA consulting practice. You will manage energy projects, grow client relationships, and help develop new offerings while coordinating across regional teams.

The role requires deep energy sector knowledge and a track record in management consulting. You will travel as needed, mentor staff, and drive high-quality insights using Wood Mackenzie tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor degree in relevant field.
• Preference for advance degree candidates (e.g. MBA MSc PhD).
• At least 6 years experience within the energy and natural resources sector with strong understanding of trends and drivers, or equivalent management consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects and define actions to accomplish goals.
• Maintain close client communication to ensure progress and add strategic value.
• Organize resources and deliverables within budget and timeline.
• Oversee junior team members and identify follow-up opportunities.
• Lead business development by proposing consulting solutions and scoping opportunities.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and support regional growth.
• Collaborate across sector teams to ensure coordinated client delivery.
• Drive analysis and use Wood Mackenzie tools to extract data for engagements.
