The role demands a strong track record in EPC, process engineering, or modular systems, with 18+ years of leadership, and willingness to travel globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• 18+ years progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Strong process engineering background with business development expertise.
• Experience in proposals, cost estimation, commercial bidding, and project execution.
• Broad knowledge across gas processing, oil treatment, water treatment, power generation, or energy systems.
• Experience managing international clients, projects, and multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive international business development and market expansion.
• Lead technical proposals, commercial bids, costing, and tender strategy.
• Manage project execution, delivery performance, quality, and margin protection.
• Build strategic partnerships and strengthen global client relationships.
• Develop new opportunities across Oil, Gas, Water, Power, and Energy infrastructure markets.
• Establish scalable operational frameworks and support long-term growth.
• Oversee sourcing and execution strategies involving international fabrication and supply chain partners.
