Job summary

Baker Hughes in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Global On Demand Solutions Drilling Completions Fluids (DCF) Sales Leader to expand On Demand Solution (ODS) sales, partnerships and customer base globally. This is a customer facing role that includes direct sales, alternative business models, channels and other On Demand Solution revenue streams.

As the Global DCF ODS Sales Leader, you will be responsible for selling to or through ODS accounts, partners and distributors,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Drilling & Completions Fluids products and services
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales

Responsibilities

• Selling to or through On Demand Solutions (ODS) accounts, partners and distributors.
• Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
• Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders across client and internal teams.
• Coordinates sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance, etc.
• Handles big or challenging markets or multi-country sales.
