Job summary

Advizex, a Myriad360 company, is seeking a senior people leader to build and scale global network and security delivery for 24x7 MSSP operations. You will shape strategy, governance, and customer outcomes across multiple regions in alignment with NIST, SOC 2, and HIPAA frameworks.

You will lead large engineering teams, drive XDR/MDR, SIEM/SOAR integration, and cloud security programs (CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP) while optimizing delivery metrics and cost models.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior people leader managing large networking and security teams.
• Experience leading global delivery operations within MSP/MSSP environments.
• Expertise in core networking protocols, SASE, ZTNA, and identity-first security.
• Deep understanding of cloud security, Zero Trust architecture, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience building or scaling managed services portfolios and delivery frameworks.
• Strong financial and operational acumen regarding infrastructure cost models.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale high-performance teams of network and security engineers, architects, and technical leaders.
• Lead globally distributed teams supporting 24x7 managed services and MSSP operations.
• Oversee enterprise network infrastructure, including physical components and virtual networking layers.
• Lead SASE, SSE, ZTNA, and identity-first security strategies (IAM, Okta, Azure AD).
• Drive XDR/MDR capabilities, SIEM/SOAR integration, and cloud security (CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP).
• Align services to NIST, SOC 2, and HIPAA frameworks.
• Own end-to-end delivery performance, SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Serve as a strategic executive advisor to C-Suite customers and internal stakeholders.
