Job summary

MOXFIVE operates at the intersection of high-stakes incident response, technical advisory, and the legal and insurance ecosystems. Their recurring resilience service, MOXGUARD, applies real-world attack patterns and control gaps to client environments to prevent future incidents.

The role will lead delivery across advisory teams, design scalable service offerings, and collaborate with product and sales to drive cost-efficient client outcomes in a complex managed-services context.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in MSP, MSSP, vCISO, or managed advisory delivery.
• At least 3 years owning a delivery organization.
• Proven track record building a repeatable, sellable service from scratch.
• Owns delivery economics and cost modeling in a managed services environment.
• Experience in hybrid models combining technology platforms with human expertise.
• Client-facing advisory experience to coach others and lead high-stakes meetings.

• Partner with Product on roadmap prioritization and automation to reduce delivery costs.

• Design the service catalog and delivery methodology for each tier
• Own quality control by reviewing deliverables and coaching client-facing judgment
• Build and maintain capacity and cost-to-deliver models, including advisor-to-client ratios and utilization targets
• Recruit, develop, and retain a team of proactive advisors
• Partner with Product on roadmap prioritization and automation to reduce delivery costs
• Collaborate with Sales and Technical Sales on scoping discipline to prevent custom one-offs

Requirements

• 7–12+ years in MSP, MSSP, vCISO, or managed advisory delivery
• At least 3 years owning a delivery organization
• Proven track record of building a repeatable, documented, and sellable service from scratch
• Real ownership of delivery economics and cost modeling in a managed services environment
• Experience in hybrid models combining technology platforms with human expertise
• Client-facing advisory experience sufficient to coach others and lead high-stakes meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a cybersecurity services firm, VAR, or MSSP with a recurring revenue model
• Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), including Scorecards, Rocks, and IDS
• Fluency with NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls, or CISA Secure by Design
• Knowledge of the cyber insurance ecosystem and its stakeholders
