Job summary

CNS is seeking a Head of Cyber Security to lead and expand CNS’s cybersecurity portfolio across defense, data governance, and AI assurance. The role covers strategy, client engagement, managed services, and service delivery, with emphasis on governance, regulatory alignment, and scalable offerings.

You will drive revenue growth, oversee SOC/SIEM/EDR capabilities, and lead a high‑performing team to meet regional market demands and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cyber security with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Experience in MSSP / System Integrator (CNS‑type environment) is Desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in cyber security, IT, or related field.
• Master’s degree in cyber security / information security is Desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead CNS’s cybersecurity business strategy, client engagement, managed security services, and service delivery.
• Define governance frameworks across ISO 27001, NIST, privacy, data governance, and regional regulatory requirements.
• Develop secure, scalable cyber capabilities across defensive and offensive security, data governance, and AI assurance.
• Drive revenue growth and build differentiated, scalable offerings through partnerships and market alignment.
• Build and lead high‑performing teams; establish target organisation structure and capability development.
