Job summary

Inception42 is seeking an IT Manager - Network and Security Architect to lead the enterprise networking and security architecture across Aruba, Cisco, Palo Alto, Zscaler, and Azure. This senior role drives standards, resilience, and lifecycle management while unifying campus, cloud, and remote-access services.

You will own architecture roadmaps, governance, and escalation, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable connectivity and strong network posture across on-prem and cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise networking or network-security experience with architecture and leadership responsibilities.
• Hands-on expertise in Aruba switching and wireless, Cisco Catalyst/Nexus routing and switching, and Palo Alto firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Define secure, scalable target architecture and standards for LAN/WAN, Internet edge, hybrid cloud, and VPNs.
• Own roadmaps, capacity, resilience, design assurance, and technical standards.
• Lead network-security governance, incident response, and lifecycle management across Aruba, Cisco, Palo Alto, Zscaler, and Azure environments.
