Job summary

The Head of Delivery will own the client delivery engine, ensuring quality, deadlines and margins while removing founders from routine delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have professional services leadership experience across accounting, tax, audit or advisory.
• Strong governance and delivery discipline with KPI/ROI focus.
• Experience managing cross-border or offshore delivery teams would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete client delivery engine across multiple service lines.
• Ensure quality, deadlines and margins while scaling delivery.
• Build managers and portfolios that can run independently.
• Reduce founder dependency by creating scalable delivery practices.
