• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Strong budgeting, planning, accounting, and reporting knowledge.
• Experience with audits, compliance, and governance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and financial software (Zoho, QuickBooks or similar).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Monitor performance, variance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
