Job summary

Connor Consulting Partners, LLC is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to own and scale the delivery infrastructure for Software Publisher Services across MEA. The role focuses on building processes, governance, and capacity management in a matrix, multi-region setting.

The successful candidate will drive consistency, develop teams, and enable data-driven decisions while avoiding direct client-facing revenue targets. This is a senior, systems-thinking role centered on infrastructure, not sales.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in delivery management, operations management, or programme management within a professional services or advisory environment.
• Experience in software license compliance, software asset management, or a related technology advisory field is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of building governance systems, quality frameworks, and operational processes.
• Experience managing a shared resource pool or bench model.
• International delivery experience across multiple regions is expected.
• Experience with delivery tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve delivery tracking, reporting, and process infrastructure across clients and regions.
• Own the delivery system end-to-end and establish it as the standard way of working.
• Provide leadership with operational data for decision-making without being involved in daily operations.
• Foster a unified, globally distributed delivery culture across regions and teams.
• Design and enforce quality frameworks and governance cadences.
• Manage shared resources, capacity planning, and time-to-fill performance.
• Develop talent through skills frameworks, training programs, and onboarding processes.
• Implement performance improvement plans and sustain delivery excellence.
