We are seeking a talent acquisition specialist to own the full recruitment life cycle for the region and collaborate with management across cultures.

The role emphasizes sourcing via headhunting, social media, referrals, and structured interviews, with strong communication and HR system skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of recruiting strategies, policies and best practices.
• Hands-on with multiple screening methods including phone interviews and reference checks.
• Ability to conduct structured, competency-based and behavioral interviews.
• Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Bilingual English/Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment life cycle for your region.
• Collaborate with HR team and management across cultures to ensure adherence to recruitment processes.
• Source candidates using headhunting, social media, referrals and networking.
• Lead interview processes and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Partner with management to interpret briefs and align hiring with workforce goals.
