Job summary

Mintlayer seeks a seasoned PR and Strategic Communications Director to shape external communications, media relations, and fundraising messaging as the DEX and other launches go live. You will own crisis protocols and ensure brand consistency across initiatives.

You will manage relationships with top outlets including Bloomberg, Reuters and CoinDesk, lead strategy for protocol events, and supervise fundraising communications from Pre-Series A close to fund launches, with flexible

Qualifications

• 7+ years PR or communications in crypto or fintech mandatory.
• Experience placing stories in Bloomberg, Reuters, CoinDesk or equivalent outlets.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Mintlayer's external communications strategy.
• Manage relationships with tier-1 crypto and financial media.
• Lead communications for major protocol events (ZK Thunder, DEX, Fast Bridge and Token Factory).
• Manage fundraising announcement communications for Pre-Series A close and Interest One fund launches.
• Build and maintain institutional brand positioning.
• Own crisis communications protocols.
• Build and manage the PR agency relationship.
