Job summary

AD Ports Group is seeking a Manager for Compensation & Benefits to own and improve the group’s reward programs and policies. You will translate group direction into consistent, commercially sound practices and shape reward strategies that attract and retain talent.

You will manage job evaluation governance, harmonize policies across clusters, and lead market benchmarking with top consultants, ensuring alignment with local laws and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in compensation and benefits, including program/policy delivery and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience overseeing or handling job evaluation and grading using the Korn Ferry Hay Guide Chart Profile Method.
• Ability to coordinate compensation and benefits across multiple countries and clusters, balancing global consistency with local market needs.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to interpret cost, pay-positioning and program impacts and present options for decision-making.
• Knowledge of applicable HR laws and regulations across multiple countries, with the ability to coordinate local compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of the compensation and benefits roadmap and implement plans.
• Oversee job evaluation and grading governance with consistency to policy.
• Lead harmonization of compensation and benefits policies across clusters and countries.
• Set market benchmarking approach with external consultants and interpret results.
• Review and implement salary structures and pay positioning within governance.
• Plan and coordinate the annual merit review cycle with stakeholders and budget.
• Coordinate design and implementation of STIP/LTIP with relevant teams.
• Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and coordinate expert advice.
• Prepare decision papers for executive remuneration and committee where needed.
• Manage external vendors to negotiate benefit plans and maintain data/reporting to HR management.
• Respond to employee inquiries with confidentiality; provide guidance to the team.
• Participate in recruitment and organizational restructuring for the team.
• Contribute to Group compensation and benefits strategy and operationalize it across remit.
• Lead policy reviews and harmonization to simplify pay practices.
