The director will design salary structures, review incentive programs, manage benefits administration, and collaborate with senior leadership to forecast budgets and assess program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, employee benefits, salary benchmarking, and applicable regulations.
