AJC International is seeking a Logistics Specialist in Dubai to manage export document workflows, container coordination, and customs support for refrigerated cargo. The role requires 1–3 years of international logistics experience and strong Excel skills.

The position focuses on precise document control, vendor collaboration, and timely shipment execution, with a team-oriented approach in a dynamic global food network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of international logistics/import/export experience.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Familiar with Incoterms and various transport modes.
• Experience with frozen/refrigerated products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, collate, review, and dispatch documents for export loads.
• Set up daily container traffic with vendors.
• Track and trace containers.
• Coordinate customs clearance and inspections.
• Coordinate deliveries to customers and warehouses.
• Review weekly Vendor invoices and approve payment.
• Assist internal teams and customers in solving issues.
• Coordinate with carriers, forwarding companies, trucking firms, cold storages, and agencies to ensure a smooth logistics process.
