Job summary

Park Brown International partners with a globally regulated fintech business to appoint a Chief Product Officer who will define and execute the product vision during international growth phases.

Reporting to the CEO, the CPO will own end-to-end product strategy, build an international product organisation, and drive customer-centric growth across web and mobile platforms in highly regulated markets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Product in consumer tech or fintech.
• Proven success scaling digital consumer products in multiple markets.
• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary Product teams during rapid growth.
• Deep understanding of lifecycle, engagement, retention, monetisation in B2C.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with long-term commercial objectives.
• Build and lead an international Product organisation spanning PM, Design, UX and Product Operations.
• Champion customer-centric product development through data and continuous experimentation.
• Create exceptional end-to-end customer experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Drive product innovation while balancing growth, regulation and scalability.
• Establish best-in-class product governance and prioritisation frameworks.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Operations, Compliance and Commercial leads to deliver high-impact initiatives.
• Foster experimentation and data-driven decision making across markets.
• Lead product planning across international markets and mentor senior Product leaders.
