Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a visionary Chief Commercial Officer to lead the group’s B2C commercial strategy across markets, drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer value. You will own the commercial P&L and oversee acquisition, retention, loyalty, and VIP programs to strengthen engagement and long-term value.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Group’s B2C commercial strategy across markets.
• Lead acquisition across paid media, affiliates, partnerships, and organic channels.
• Strengthen retention, CRM lifecycle, loyalty, and VIP strategies to increase LTV.
• Ensure promotional investments contribute to profitable Net Gaming Revenue.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Payments, and Customer Service to improve the player experience.
• Establish data-led decision-making with consistent reporting across markets.
• Align Group and country delivery with clear priorities and accountability.
• Develop centralised capability and cross-market collaboration.
