Job summary

Ionix International is seeking a strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the Group-wide B2C commercial strategy and drive sustainable growth across multiple markets. You will own revenue, profitability, EBITDA, and the commercial P&L, while guiding player acquisition, CRM, retention, loyalty, and VIP management.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leadership in a multi-market B2C business with P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading acquisition, retention, CRM, loyalty, and VIP strategies in betting, gaming, or a digital consumer business.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Group’s B2C commercial strategy, owning revenue targets, budgets, profitability, EBITDA, and P&L across markets.
• Lead acquisition across paid media, affiliates, partnerships, and organic channels; optimize FTD growth and long-term value.
• Direct CRM lifecycle management, loyalty programs, and VIP strategies to boost activity and LTV.
• Ensure promotional investments contribute to Net Gaming Revenue and profitability while reducing bonus reliance.
• Partner with Product, Tech, Payments, and Customer Service to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes.
• Establish data-led reporting and use insights to guide planning, budget allocation, and channel optimization.
• Align Group and country delivery, setting clear priorities with Country Managers.
