Allianz Partners is seeking a multilingual Helpline Care Advisor in Dubai to act as the primary contact for clients worldwide, including expatriates, brokers and medical providers.

You will manage high call volumes, respond to emails within 24-hour SLAs, and deliver high-quality service while adhering to data protection and anti-corruption standards. The role involves rotating 24/7 shifts and occasional mentoring of junior staff.

Qualifications

• Trilingual in French, Arabic and English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in insurance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs.
• Willingness to work 24/7 including weekends/holidays.
• Proficient with MS Office and digital platforms.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main point of contact for clients worldwide, including expatriates, brokers, and medical providers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and meet commitments within SLA timelines.
• Respond to client queries via email within 24-hour SLAs.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and support Team Leader when needed.
