Job summary

Silver Line Ventura LLC in Dubai seeks a dynamic Business Development professional to identify opportunities across the Middle East, Africa and beyond, build distributor networks, and cultivate strategic partners.

You will manage leads, coordinate with sales teams, travel internationally, and drive market expansion for two-wheelers and related automotive segments. Fluency in Arabic or French and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Automotive, or a related field is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, international trading, automotive distribution, or a related industry.
• Fluency in Arabic or French, along with good English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of business development, lead generation, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Middle East Africa and other international markets.
• Research potential distributors dealers importers fleet operators and strategic business partners.
• Generate qualified leads through market research networking digital platforms exhibitions and industry contacts.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and business partners.
• Support the company s expansion into new geographical markets.
• Promote and develop business opportunities for two-wheelers three-wheelers.
• Understand customer requirements for passenger cargo petrol diesel CNG LPG and electric 3W applications.
• Coordinate with distributors and dealers regarding product specifications pricing quotations and commercial proposals.
• Support the development of country-level distribution and dealership networks.
• Monitor market trends competitor activities customer needs and product demand.
