Behavox is seeking a Marketing Events Manager 3 to lead global third-party and company-owned events that accelerate pipeline growth and strengthen brand authority. You will own strategy, planning, and budgeting with autonomy and cross-functional leadership.

You will research opportunities, build annual roadmaps, manage budgets, and scale executive roundtables and client forums, delivering measurable ROI across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience planning global B2B events for enterprise software and fintech sectors.
• Proven ability to develop pipeline-driven event strategies with measurable ROI.
• Strong logistics, vendor management and risk mitigation capabilities.
• Experience forecasting budgets and multi-region financial management.
• Ability to coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver complex global events end-to-end with timelines and vendors.
• Develop event strategies aligned to pipeline targets and revenue goals.
• Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for multi-region initiatives.
• Design activation plans across pre-event, on-site and post-event phases.
• Produce performance reporting and post-event analysis for optimisation.
