Job summary

UAS International Trip Support is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end trip coordination for client missions. You will liaise with Flight Planning, coordinate permits, slots, and ground handling, and ensure compliance with international regulations.

The role requires 3+ years in trip support operations, strong English communication, and ability to work across multiple regions with vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Trip Support Operations
• Fluent or native English speaker (American accent preferred)
• Proven coordination of international flight operations including permits, slots and ground handling
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations and compliance standards
• Skilled in documenting and processing trip data efficiently

Responsibilities

• Receive and acknowledge new requests and prepare trip files with required information
• Define routing with Flight Planning and verify route using in-house software
• Prepare permits, PPRs, slot requests, ground handling and fuel arrangements
• Coordinate with CAAs, agents, and vendors to support client operations
• Provide detailed handovers and live flight watch with updates to clients
