Job summary

Jetex Dubai seeks an Operations Controller to oversee procedures and ensure efficient, safe execution of services. You will coordinate trip planning, verify provider services, and work with multiple teams to maintain high-quality operations.

The role requires at least 3 years in trip support or related aerospace fields, fluency in English, and strong IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication with staff and management is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in trip support services or any aeronautics-related field.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing). Additional languages considered a plus.
• Strong IT and computer skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Refine everyday procedure tasks according to suitable work procedures.
• Follow up with providers to ensure services are confirmed as well as provided appropriately.
• Display services on timeline and get verifications rapidly.
• Display trips on timeline and solve any concern immediately to stay clear of feasible hold-up.
• Help operators in journey planning and feasibility checks.
• Help operators to optimize their trips.
• Job together with other groups in Jetex to deliver the necessary service successfully.
• Guarantee Jetex top quality of solution is always preserved.
• Interact with workers and administration in a clear and concise fashion.
• Other tasks in accordance with job range as advised by the Coverage Supervisor
