Job summary

UAS International Trip Support is seeking a Communications Specialist to develop and execute internal and external communications aligned with business goals and brand standards. You will craft content for leadership, manage media relations, and coordinate cross-functional campaigns across the US and GCC markets.

The role emphasizes editorial judgment, ABM-driven content, and robust collaboration with Sales, Design and Operations teams to amplify brand visibility and drive pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, content creation, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with media relations, public relations activities, and content management systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce ghost-written op-eds, bylines and feature articles for senior leadership across trade media.
• Design and run primary industry research with leading research firms to enhance editorial reach.
• Translate research into branded white papers and data-led content for PR and sales enablement.
• Develop ABM content packages for high-value accounts in Trip Support and Charter.
• Collaborate with Sales and SDR to tailor messaging by account and measure asset engagement.
• Plan and execute PR initiatives to boost brand awareness and media visibility across markets.
• Coordinate with media outlets for press releases, briefings, interviews and features.
• Maintain an editorial calendar and coordinate speaking engagements and awards submissions.
• Monitor media coverage and provide quarterly insights for management.
• Research industry trends and surface opportunities for communications impact.
• Produce internal newsletters and drive employee advocacy on LinkedIn.
• Support communications in crisis scenarios with accurate, timely messaging.
