Job summary

UAS International Trip Support is seeking a Fuel Vendor Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize its global aviation fuel supplier network. The role focuses on onboarding reliable vendors, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring cost-effective, compliant fuel solutions across the network.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Finance and regional teams to secure timely fuel supply, monitor performance, benchmark pricing, and expand coverage in strategic locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in aviation fuel, vendor relations, procurement, sourcing, or related field.
• Experience in aviation fuel procurement, aviation fuel supply, trip support, FBO, airline, or aviation services is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of Jet A-1 and fueling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and source qualified aviation fuel suppliers globally.
• Support expansion and optimization of UAS’ supplier network.
• Research markets and identify alternative suppliers for coverage and cost savings.
• Conduct vendor assessments and due diligence before onboarding.
• Develop relationships with global aviation fuel suppliers.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and service levels with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues.
• Maintain records of contracts, terms, expiry, and renewals.
• Coordinate VAT documentation and exemptions related to Jet A-1.
• Provide market intelligence to Commercial, Sales, and Operations.
