Etihad Airways seeks a Head of Alliances to lead the development, negotiation and governance of our strategic airline partnerships, shaping the future of the network from Abu Dhabi. You will set the partnership strategy and drive high-impact collaborations across senior teams.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to unlock growth, secure transformational agreements, and deliver sustainable value for travellers and the business at large.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in the aviation industry (min 12 years).
• Deep expertise in airline alliances, joint ventures, codeshares, or network cooperation.
• Proven track record in high-stakes negotiations and steering strategic partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute Etihad's strategic airline partnership agenda.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure new partnership opportunities including joint ventures, codeshares, and other models.
• Strengthen and expand existing partnerships into deeper relationships.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and secure internal approvals.
• Build robust business cases and present to executive leadership.
• Govern partnerships to ensure delivery of commercial outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Revenue Management, Network Planning, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Cargo, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
• Expand partnership opportunities beyond passenger revenue into loyalty and collaboration.
• Monitor, evaluate and optimize partnership performance.
