Job summary

Emirates Group is seeking a Cargo Freighter Commercial Officer to manage commercial aspects of SkyCargo Freighters, including key accounts, Blocked Space Agreements and strategic partnerships. You will act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and productivity.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, reporting, and tailored cargo solutions.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or honours (12+3).
• Have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Cargo or air cargo industry.
• Have completed approved Cargo Acceptance and Handling courses including Special Cargo.
• Have experience in Handling and Acceptance, Cargo Product Knowledge, Advanced Load Control and Freighter Load.

Responsibilities

• Accumulate and verify data related to contracted flights in systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and correct anomalies affecting reports and contracts.
• Suggest improvements to management for partnerships and service quality.
• Develop reports and coordinate regular meetings with customers and partners.
• Maintain communication with customers to design tailored solutions and added-value services.
• Monitor performance metrics such as cargo volumes, revenue and on-time delivery.
